Debbie is an accomplished pianist, organist and vocalist, with an impressive background full of musical accolades. Her previous work experience as a teacher prepared her for directing our Choir and Hand Bell Ensemble, as well as assisting with worship planning and administrative tasks. Debbie was instrumental in the fundraising and purchasing of a replacement organ, and upgrading the live-streaming and audio equipment for the church. Debbie is grateful for the opportunity to serve God through her music at Gloria Dei!

With her background in retail management and administration, Cathy keeps our office running like a well-oiled machine. Cathy came to work with us after being a longtime church member. When not working, Cathy keeps busy attending her sons’ sporting events and relaxing on the bay with friends.

Pastor Sarah was called to Gloria Dei! in 2025. Her previous calls were as Associate Pastor Salem Lutheran Church in Catonsville, MD and most recently as Assistant to the Bishop for Mobility and Candidacy in the Metro D.C. Synod. Pastor Sarah lives in Arnold with her husband, Pastor Micah Krey, and their dog, Henri.
